New Christians in Sport group for the city

A new group for local Christian young people has been set up in Inverness to equip those who are involved in sport to represent Christ in the world of sports.

Christians in Sport logoThe organisation Christians in Sport will be leading an Inverness PRAY PLAY SAY Group starting at the end of September with regular meetings until June 2011.

The aim of this monthly group is to support and encourage you as a young sports person so that you may become more motivated and better equipped to represent Christ and make Him known in the world of sport.

Key volunteers from Christians in Sport’s youth department host the evening which is designed to equip you to make a difference, to encourage you in your faith in Jesus and desire to make Him known, and to provide a place for you to excel in your friendships and sport.
