The Life of Jesus: showing at Findhorn

A highly-regarded and factually-based film on the life of Jesus is scheduled be shown over the Easter period in the Findhorn Foundation which is located next to RAF Kinloss airforce base and Findhorn village.

Life of Jesus

The Life of Jesus was produced in 1979 and is based entirely upon eye-witness accounts of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, as told by Luke, the physician and historian of the New Testament.

The film is arguably the most accurate portrayal of Christ’s life and teachings ever made. It has now been translated into more than 1,100 languages and has been seen by several billion people. It is the most watched film ever. For all who are genuinely interested in knowing more about the life and teachings of the one referred to as The Christ, this is a rare and not-to-be-missed opportunity.

Howard David the interim pastor at Grace Community Church in Inverness has a ministry  amongst the people of the Findhorn Community and he is very enthusiastic about this event:

We are delighted to have this opportunity to show "The Life of Jesus" at the Universal Hall within the Findhorn Foundation Community.

The event is being advertised within the Findhorn Community as well as in the local area. We are hoping that Christians from the wider Christian Community, who are not already committed to attending church-based events on Good Friday may also feel inspired to join us.

We would very much appreciate your prayers for this event.

JESUS NEVER EXISTED. You really should research this, get your life back and stop being controlled. Monotheism is destroying our world.

The Middle East of the 1st Century was one of the best documented places and times in history, yet none of the social commentators of the time mentions Jesus (except Josephus, the Flavian, who helped write the story up!)

The Jesus character is an astrotheological archetype. The gospels (literally 'good news of MILITARY victories') were created by the Flavian Caesars as a political tool to control the messianic Jews. (See ‘Caesar’s Messiah’, etc..)

No one chooses to be a Christian, because it is a pernicious, primitive superstition. Your god is Yaldabaoth, Yahweh, Jehovah, the Demiurge—the psychotic, ‘imposter god’ of the Archons that the gnostics warned of (See John Lash: Nag Hammadi Codices)

All Christians (and Moslems and Jews) don’t choose their religion: they simply inherit it like a genetic illness; and before they have developed the capacity for critical thinking, the mind-virus has taken hold, and they're screwed.

The murderous, genocidal, misogynistic death-cult of Christianity destroyed the ancient Perennial Wisdom of the World and set humanity back 1000 years. Do the research. Recant this pernicious death-cult; the curse upon humanity that is Christianity.

Jesus never existed..........
Such inane comment reminds me of two dyslexic dog fleas - out for lunch on the back of their host.
'Do you believe in gods, sorry dogs?' asks one as he made ready to suck yet more blood from the body of his host?
'No way !' replied the other in intellectual indignation as he too readied to suck yet more blood of their host....

There may have been a time that I would have posted a lengthy rebuttal.
"Jesus never existed"? When I used to blaspheme and was an avowed atheist, I may certainly have not believed that He was, and is God, but I never entertained for a moment that He "never existed"! For someone that "never existed" it is passing strange that His name is practically on nearly all unbeliever's lips!
Who are the ones being "controlled"? I certainly wouldn't want my old "life back"! The truth has set me free; John 8.32 KJV.
How many Bibles are in existence the world over?
Who are these "social commentators"? Would they be bulwarks of all that is right and true, like today's "social commentators"?
"For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse."
Romans 1.20 KJV.
Psalm 19.1-6 KJV.
