It's all about Jesus

Whilst it is good to try and make our churches welcoming and friendly, the subtle danger of the seeker-sensitive ethos is that the orientation is towards the individual and his or her needs.
The focus and attention should be on Christ. A cosy church without Jesus preached, and Jesus at the centre is just creating a pleasant environment and comfortable journey for those on route to a lost eternity.
