SoulDear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

CY/SOUL - HIGHLAND LAUNCH

It is with great joy that I am able to announce the Highland launch of the new CY DVD – Soul - to accompany the revised and enhanced second edition of CY.

CY is the young person’s version of the popular Christianity Explored evangelistic course. The course is a seven-stage journey through Mark’s Gospel for young people. All seven sessions are designed to bring young people to a clear understanding of the gospel. The second edition benefits from considerable feedback from thousands who have used the course worldwide.

The Leader’s Handbook to the second edition of CY contains detailed talk outlines (for those who wish to deliver ‘live’ talks) and advice on running the course as well as Bible studies complete with answers. It also features inventive activities, games, ice-breakers, discussion-starters and much more. It works with the CY Nano Handbook for 11-14’s and the CY Handbook for 15+ to young adults (late teens to early 20’s).

The Soul DVD works best in conjunction with the CY course, but it can also be used as a standalone resource. The DVD was shot at Shepperton Studios, Surrey and is presented by Nate Morgan Locke, Christianity Explored’s youth evangelist. Soul features outstanding productions values, a young person-oriented style and a compelling script to bring the gospel to a new generation.

The Highland CY/Soul launch will be addressed by Nate Morgan Locke and Ian Roberts, Christianity Explored’s director of resources. The event is designed to present the CY/Soul resource to anyone serving young people within churches and organisations (e.g. in ‘one to one’ work, in groups, and in staff leadership).
