Men's Breakfast in the Alness area

CBThere are a variety of groups throughout the Highlands and Islands where  Christian  men meet together regularly. Most of these are church and/or geographically centred, and these provide  opportunities for  prayer, Bible study and fellowship together. Some meet in homes and business premises; others in local cafe's or supermarket tearooms. Some  meet weekly, others monthly. Some of these meetings are focussed on providing an opportunity to invite non-Christian friends to hear testimonies of how God has worked in the lives of Christian men.

some of the Inverness CBMC/BMF group

Christians Together has now received a letter from a Christian (man) in the Alness area wondering if there are others in the area who would be interested in forming a men's group.

David Gillan writes:

I am thinking about starting a Mens Breakfast in Alness for the men of Ross-shire (or others who wish to come).

I am planning to do this every second Saturday to start with, and to take it from there. It will include breakfast and bible study.

I would appreciate knowing if any readers of Christians Together magazine would be interested in coming along.

Yours in Christ

Hi David
I pray that this venture will succeed. There is such a need to bring men together in Scotland
I meet with men regularly and talk to them about issues that are not normally dealt with in church

be blessed
